50/hour Essential Duties & Responsibilities Move parts of units from floor to assembly bench.
Drill holes in proper location on steel or aluminum units and secure nuts and bolts.
As necessary properly pack unit for shipping.
Move finished unit to aisle.
Operate power tools such as drill, drill press, rivet gun, Huok gun.
Use ruler and square rule.
Move sidewalk door or roof scuttle parts weighing approximately 100# ten feet.
Lift these same parts onto a bench 36 high.
Bend down repetitively in drilling and securing operations.
Move completed unit weighing 200#.
using proper safe lift methods as necessary.
Comply with all the Safety requirements established for the assigned area Perform any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Knowledge in simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, written specifications together with adjustable measuring instruments.
Use of reading and writing.
Knowledge of basic math, involving decimals and fractions.
Ability to follow instructions.
Be knowledgeable about and comply with all ISO 9001 standards applying to position.
Qualifications / Prior Experience Over 9 months up to and including 12 months of experience.
Work Environment / Other Requirements Follow all plant safety rules and regulations.
Meet all quality control standards.
Meet productivity standards set up for the position.
Meet attendance and punctuality requirements.
Properly maintain all assigned equipment.
Keep work areas are clean and maintain 5 S standards.
Ability to safely move around the shop floor.
Perform any and all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
