50/hour Wage Progression Program Quarterly Production Incentive Program Essential Duties & Responsibilities Read and interpret drawings and shear list to determine kind of material needed and the proper dimensions necessary.
Move material weighing approximately 35# 20 feet onto the machine which is 3 feet high.
Using proper methods, form, punch, cope or saw material as necessary.
Operate crane, saw.
Use measuring tape, square.
Work as a team with another operator.
Comply with all the Safety requirements established for the assigned area Perform any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Knowledge in use of fixed gauges, direct reading instruments and similar devices Use of reading and writing.
Knowledge of basic math.
Ability to follow instructions.
Be knowledgeable about and comply with all ISO 9001 standards applying to position.
Qualifications / Prior Experience Over 3 months up to and including 12 months of experience.
Work Environment / Other Requirements Follow all plant safety rules and regulations.
Meet all quality control standards.
Meet productivity standards set up for the position.
Meet attendance and punctuality requirements.
Properly maintain all assigned equipment.
Keep work areas are clean and maintain 5 S standards.
Ability to safely move around the shop floor.
Perform any and all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
