Position Purpose:
Providing our customers with the best possible service and value we can with the goal of Total Customer Satisfaction including answering customer questions, taking and entering orders into Unity, following orders throughout process communicating any changes to customers, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are being meet and exceeded. Being the Go To Person for our customers when they have questions on products, inventories, and order statuses. Actively projecting a positive image of the Company and the entire 'TEAM at service center to help build and strengthen both external and internal relationships.
## Qualifications
Experience-Education (Required):
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Competencies-Skills (Required):
Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Excellent phone and math skills.
Detail orientation, self motivation, team player and great communication skills required.
Experience-Education (Preferred):
2 or 4 year college degree
Agricultural Background
Competencies-Skills (Preferred):
2 years of computer skills, good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
